The new, double serrated blade with longer life and greater sharpness ensures a precise and smooth cut without tearing using minimal pressure. The knife can easily penetrate the hard crust of fresh bread, but also soft bread or larger fruit. The knife is part of the Classic Ikon series, in which you will find knives forged from a single piece of high-quality steel. Each blade is laser controlled and exceptionally sharp. The knives are equipped with an ergonomically shaped handle with three rivets. For hygiene reasons, there is no gap between the handle and the steel.
