The stainless steel wok from the Eva Trio series is designed in a minimalist Scandinavian style and has a non-stick ceramic surface. The ceramic surface is durable and can withstand temperatures up to 400 °C. It is suitable for everyday use, not only for Asian cuisine, but also for preparing dishes with little or no fat, for frying and stewing in gravy or sauce. Can be used on all types of hobs and for baking in the oven.
