    The sharp Japanese vegetable knife NAKIRI SEKIRYU (blade length 170 mm) is a professional knife for slicing and chopping vegetables and herbs. It makes it easy to reach the desired cubes or strips and, thanks to the wide blade, it is then easy to scoop them up and transfer them to the pot or pan.

    The knife is made in Seki, Japan, a city known for knife making all over the world. It is made of high quality 420 J2 stainless steel with hardness of approx. HRC 53. The ergonomically shaped D-shaped handle is made of poplar wood and is designed for precise manual operation.
