The round mould de Buyer with a solid bottom is ideal for preparing original shaped cakes, tarts or quiches. The mould distributes heat evenly and withstands high temperatures. The non-stick surface makes it easier to remove the body. The Teflon coating protects the steel against oxidation and makes cleaning easier. The mould can be used for traditional ovens (max. 220 °C). Not suitable for microwave oven. Hand washing is recommended.
