The 9093 high quality stainless steel teapot is an icon of modern industrial design. and one of the most famous products Alessi sold in the company's history. Designer Michael Graves paved the way for playful design in 1985, which became a trend in the 1990s. The kettle is equipped with a handle and whistle made of thermoplastic resin and is suitable for all heat sources including induction.
Graves is the first American designer to appear in the Alessi catalogue. His very personal approach is evident here in a range of influences that range from Art Deco and Pop Art to cartoons. Thanks to this incredible design approach, the objects in this collection have become internationally recognized design icons of the 80s and 90s.
