The round mould de Buyer is ideal for preparing a cake, pie or quiche. The mould distributes heat evenly and withstands high temperatures. The non-stick surface and removable mould perimeter allow for easier removal. The non-stick coating protects the steel against oxidation and facilitates cleaning. The mould can be used for traditional ovens (max. 220 °C). Not suitable for microwave oven. Hand washing is recommended.
