Choc B Bois non-stick pans are made of cast aluminium, which has excellent thermal conductivity. The surface is PFOA-free, extremely hard and suitable for slow cooking of delicate foods such as fish, eggs, pancakes, etc. The pans are suitable for all heat sources including induction.
