Copper cookware maintenance PRIMA MATERA:

To clean copper, use a special paste for copper dishes PRIMA MATERA , preferably after each use. The inner stainless steel surface can be washed in the normal way. It is not recommended to wash copper cookware in the dishwasher. Dishwasher detergents contain high levels of chlorine.
