The JOSEPH JOSEPH Push&Tear Paper Towel Roll Stand has a spring-loaded head that you press to lock the roll in place when tearing . If you have dirty hands, the stainless steel head also allows you to squeeze with your wrist or forearm. The raised edge of the stand base prevents the paper from unrolling on its own. The underside of the stand has a non-slip finish. New rolls are inserted after the head is removed. The stand is suitable for paper rolls up to 24 cm high.
