The knives are part of the Classic series, which includes knives forged from a single piece of high-quality steel in a lightweight design that makes the blade more flexible and reduces fatigue when slicing. Each blade is laser controlled and exceptionally sharp. The knives are equipped with an ergonomically shaped handle with three rivets. For hygiene reasons, there is no gap between the handle and the steel.
