note: You will notice an improvement in taste after inserting the binchotan after about 1 hour. When used daily to filter 1.1 litres of water, each stick lasts about 3 months, after which you can reactivate it again for another 3 months by placing it in boiling water for 10 minutes and allowing it to dry out completely. Do not use for flavoured drinks - it is intended for water alone.
