Wüsthof offers a new elegant and functional cutting mat made of thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU). The special material with a high degree of flexibility protects sensitive knife blades. The knives therefore stay sharp for longer. The plastic material does not absorb odours and smells, and can be sterilised. Simply pour boiling water up to 150 °C over the plastic pad and it will be sterilised within 30 seconds. A modern cutting mat for sharp knives, indispensable in every kitchen.
