- made from 3 varieties: Chardonnay from the Premier and Grand Cru of the Côte des Blancs, Pinot Noir from the Premier and Grand Cru of the Montagne de Reims, Aÿ and Mareuil-sur-Aÿ and Meunier from the right bank of the Vallée de la Marne
- has a crystal golden colour with yellow highlights and fine pearl
- the aroma includes notes of dried fruit, citrus, white fruit and a hint of butter
- the taste is smooth, refreshing with a creamy texture and a long finish, with notes of sweet pastry and caramel
- ideal for poultry and mushroom dishes
- the wine is aged for 6 to 7 years in the cellars on yeast and fermented in oak barrels
