This mould de Buyer is ideal for baking classic shaped cakes. The mould distributes heat evenly and withstands high temperatures. The non-stick surface makes it easier to remove the body. The non-stick coating protects the steel against oxidation and facilitates cleaning. The mould can be used for traditional ovens (max. 220 °C). Not suitable for microwave oven. Hand washing is recommended.
