The precision, double serrated WÜSTHOF blade of this bread knife shows a clear difference: compared to a single serrated blade, this knife has additional serrations in the serrations, which means it stays sharper longer, requires less pressure and is suitable for very precise, smooth cuts. Hard crust bread is not squeezed when sliced with this double-serrated blade and soft crust bread is sliced cleanly without tearing the delicate surface. The knife is also suitable for roasts, cold cuts and other foods.
