• 1x black salt with activated charcoal, 80 g
• 1x citrus salt with lemon thyme, 70 g
• 1x salt with red wine, 80 g

Mill & Mortar Spice Storage:

• To ensure the spice retains its full flavour and aroma for as long as possible, for more sensitive blends it is stored in a small inner bag that protects the contents from air and moisture. We recommend leaving the spice in this bag for the entire duration of use.
• Other types of spices that are not prone to clumping and oxidation are packaged directly in the tin.
