- The anatomical Pakkawood handle fits well in the hand and allows for more precise cutting.
- The edge of the blade is ground on each side at a special Japanese angle of 13-15°
- Special narrow knife body makes cutting easier
- Not dishwasher safe
- The knife is not suitable for cutting frozen foods, bones and other very hard ingredients
