The outer surface of Cromargan® is robust, easy to maintain and indestructible, while also withstanding high heat. The TransTherm base is suitable for all types of cookers. Ergonomically shaped handle made of special heat-resistant plastic. Pans from the PermaDur® Profi series are perfectly suited for cooking delicate food at high temperatures.
