How to use stoneware Le Creuset:

• After unpacking, wash the dishes in warm water with mild detergent, then rinse and dry well.
• Always use oven mitts when handling hot cookware to avoid burns.
• When using under the grill, leave at least 6.5 cm of clearance between the heat source and the top of the cookware.
• Never put frozen food directly into a preheated oven - put the dishes in a cold oven, set the desired temperature and let both warm up together. Always make sure the food is sufficiently heated before serving.
• If you want to heat food that is at room temperature, do not set the oven to more than 205°C.
• If you are adding liquid to the cookware during baking, remove it from the oven and allow it to cool for a few minutes before adding the liquid.

Care of stoneware Le Creuset:

• Allow the dishes to cool before cleaning to avoid thermal shock.
• Wipe the food residue from the surface. If something is scorched, fill the dishes with warm water and detergent and let it soak for 15 to 20 minutes, then wash in the normal way.
• The product can be washed by hand or in the dishwasher in a full cycle.
