With Copperbrill cleaning paste, your Mauviel copper cookware will look like new. The paste gently cleans and restores the natural shine of copper cookware. Cleaning is very easy and takes only 2 minutes.

We strongly recommend not washing copper cookware in the dishwasher!

There are two ways to care for copper cookware:

a) to maintain high shine, clean the cookware with Copperbrill paste after each use
b) to create an attractive copper patina, which is especially appreciated by professional chefs, clean the cookware with Copperbrill paste only occasionally

Without regular cleaning, copper will darken. This is a completely natural process that does not affect the quality and properties of the cookware. You can restore the original shiny surface at any time by using Copperbrill cleaning paste.

Cleaning Procedure with Copperbrill Paste:

1) Rinse the cookware thoroughly with water
