Use:

Using the cutter, remove the protective foil from the bottle neck. Place the corkscrew onto the bottle neck. The corkscrew fits firmly and perfectly onto any bottle, so there is no need to hold the bottle while screwing. During screwing, the wings remain in a vertical position comfortably in your palm. After screwing, lift the wings, you will hear the sound of the cork being pulled from the bottle. Fold the wings again, hold the folded corkscrew with one hand and unscrew the cork with the other.
