Pocket knife N°10 EFFILÉ 10 cm, brown, padouk wood, Opinel

Product detailed description

While most table knives lead a relatively sedentary life between the sideboard and the plate, the EFFILÉ N°10 clearly has greater travel ambitions. It is designed to be both an elegant companion at the table and a practical knife that you can simply take with you.

Main advantages:

• The Opinel N°10 EFFILÉ folding knife is a versatile model suitable for both pocket carry and dining at home or on the go.
• The slender design of the EFFILÉ range serves well for regular cutting during meals while remaining practical for everyday carry.
• The combination of a folding construction and an elegant blade gives the knife a wide range of uses for dining away from home as well as regular everyday activities.
• The 10 cm blade offers a sufficient working surface for comfortable cutting while maintaining the characteristically slim profile of the knife.
• The new version of the EFFILÉ range features a more rounded tip, which complements the elegant appearance and more casual character of this folding model.
• The mirror-polished blade surface is created by double polishing and gives the knife a distinctive shine corresponding to its elegant design.
• European-sourced martensitic stainless steel reaches a hardness of 55-57 HRC and combines high corrosion resistance with mechanical durability.
• The high wear resistance of the blade helps maintain a high-quality sharpness over the long term, even with regular contact with harder materials.
• Stainless steel does not require special maintenance under normal conditions, making it easy to use the knife regularly at home and while travelling.
• The handle is made of dense African padouk wood with a fine grain, which gives each knife a distinctive natural character.
• The colour of the padouk shifts from purplish brown to pinkish and is complemented by the wood's characteristic violet veins.
• The varnished surface helps protect the wooden handle from moisture and dirt during regular use and carrying of the knife.
• The 12.6 cm handle provides plenty of space for a comfortable grip while maintaining the slim silhouette of the EFFILÉ range.
• The Virobloc safety ring allows the blade to be locked in the open position during use and in the closed position during transport.
• The knife is made in France and combines practical use at the table and in the pocket with a mirror blade and an elegant padouk wood handle.
