Organic purple yam powder 100 g, strawberry, Kusmi Tea

Product detailed description

If matcha appeals to you more for its aesthetics than its taste, strawberry ube might be a more interesting direction. It has a naturally deep purple colour, is caffeine-free, and instead of a grassier profile, it offers a softer, sweeter and creamier character. The result is a drink that looks impressive even without a photo filter, yet is perfectly suitable for the evening.

Main advantages:

• Kusmi Tea organic purple yam powder combines purple ube with natural strawberry flavouring for preparing colourful lattes, drinks, desserts and sweet recipes.
• Ube is a purple yam with a naturally vibrant purple colour and a subtly sweet taste reminiscent of vanilla and hazelnuts.
• The strawberry variant combines 80 % ube powder and 20 % natural strawberry flavouring into an original, fruit-infused blend.
• The sweetness of ube blends with a fresh, fruity and slightly tart strawberry flavour, giving the drink a more distinct and playful character.
• The naturally vibrant purple colour of ube transforms an ordinary latte or dessert into an eye-catching part of breakfast, a snack or home entertaining.
• Strawberry ube contains no caffeine or theine, so you can prepare it in the morning, afternoon or evening, depending on your mood.
• The powder is a source of fibre and has a high protein content, so in addition to its original colour and taste, it also offers interesting nutritional properties.
• The easiest way to use it is in a hot strawberry ube latte, where the smoothness of the purple yam blends with the fresh, fruity taste of strawberry.
• On warm days, you can also prepare an iced ube latte and top it up to taste with milk or a plant-based alternative.
• Strawberry ube also works well in smoothies and breakfast porridges, giving them a vibrant purple colour and a fruity accent.
• When baking at home, you can use the powder in creams, cakes, biscuits and other sweet recipes, where its colour and flavour will stand out.
• To prepare the drink, pour two teaspoons of powder into a bowl, add water heated to 80 °C and mix thoroughly.
• Once the powder has dissolved, you can top up the drink to your taste with water, milk or a plant-based alternative, and serve it hot or chilled.
• Strawberry ube is an unconventional alternative to matcha latte, chai latte or cocoa for anyone who loves discovering new flavours.
• The resealable 100 g bag allows you to conveniently take the required amount of powder and keep the rest for future preparation.
• The striking packaging design, inspired by Japanese tattoos, features a purple snake—a symbol of protection and health—intertwined with strawberries.
