FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions
Do I have to be visible in the video? — You don't have to. Just product footage with your behind-the-scenes commentary.
Should I shoot the video in portrait or landscape? — Please shoot in portrait only.
What if I didn't like the product? — Even a critical review is a review. We value sincerity, not enthusiasm.
How many reviews can I upload? — Unlimited, but only for products purchased onKulina (max 1 review for each product).
Can I use music in the video? — Only music that you have the rights to. The best sound is from the kitchen — the sizzling of a pan says more than a soundtrack.
Rules of the "Video Review with Kulina" competition
1. Competition organiser
The competition is organized by the company KULINA Group, as, Company ID 26155559, with its registered office at Výtvarná 1023/4, Ruzyně, 161 00 Prague 6, entered in the Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section B, File 6384 (hereinafter referred to as the "organizer"). The organizer operates an e-shop www.kulina.ie.
2. Time and place of the competition
The competition runs from October 1, 2026 until further notice on the e-shop www.kulina.ie. It takes place in recurring monthly rounds; each round lasts from the first to the last day of the calendar month. The first competition round takes place in October 2026. The organizer will evaluate each round no later than 5 working days after its end.
3. Conditions of participation
The competition is open to any individual over the age of 18 with a delivery address in Ireland who has purchased the product for which they are submitting a video review from the e-shop www.kulina.ie and meets the conditions of these rules.
Employees of the organizer, persons involved in the preparation or organization of the competition, and persons close to them, in accordance with applicable legal regulations, cannot participate in the competition.
4. How to participate and video review requirements
Contestants will participate by uploading a video review via the link in the email review request or the form provided on the contest page.Kulina.ie. The video should capture the contestant's real experience with the purchased product. The recommended length is approximately 20–60 seconds and the video should be shot in portrait orientation.
Only video reviews that:
- relates to a product purchased at the e-shop www.kulina.ie;
- contains a real experience with the product;
- is not unlawful, vulgar, offensive or otherwise inappropriate;
- does not infringe the rights of third parties, in particular copyrights or the rights of persons captured in the video;
- does not contain music or other material for which the competitor does not have the necessary permissions;
- does not capture a minor without the consent of their legal guardian.
The organizer may not include a video review that does not meet these conditions in the competition or may exclude it from the competition. In one competition round, a contestant may submit a maximum of one video review for each purchased product; multiple videos may only be submitted for different products.
5. Prizes and vouchers
The following main prizes will be awarded in each monthly round:
- 1st place: gift voucher for a purchase at the e-shop www.kulina.ie worth 400 €;
- 2nd place: gift voucher for a purchase at the e-shop www.kulina.ie worth 200 €;
- 3rd place: gift voucher for a purchase at the e-shop www.kulina.ie worth 100 €.
Each contestant whose video review is approved and included in the competition, and does not receive one of the 3 main prizes, will receive a discount voucher for the next purchase worth 5 €for each such video review. The bonus discount voucher has unlimited validity, can be used on discounted goods and can be combined with another discount coupon or gift voucher. The bonus discount voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or requested to be paid out in cash.
Main gift vouchers have unlimited validity, can be used on discounted goods and can be combined with another discount coupon or gift voucher. Unused or full value of the main gift voucher can be exchanged for cash according to the procedure set out in gift voucher redemption terms Kulina.ie. Both the main and bonus vouchers will be sent electronically via email.
6. Competition evaluation
The winner of the main prizes will be determined by a jury consisting of 3 experts in selecting quality tableware. Most often, the director of the Chefparade cooking school, the purchasing directorKulina and customer care manager. The jury mainly evaluates the authenticity, informational benefit for other customers, originality, clarity and usefulness of the video review. The technical quality of the recording is not a separate evaluation criterion. The jury's decision is final; it cannot be appealed.
7. Announcement of winners and presentation of prizes
Winners will be contacted by email at the address provided when ordering or when uploading a video review. If the winner refuses the prize or does not respond to the organizer's notification within 7 calendar days of its sending, the prize will be forfeited by the organizer. No alternate winners will be determined. The organizer does not publish the names of the winners.
8. Permission to use video review
By submitting a video review, the contestant grants the organizer a free, non-exclusive, territorially and temporally unlimited right to use, reproduce, publish, communicate to the public and include the video review in the organizer's marketing and promotional materials. The authorization also applies to the contestant's appearance and voice captured in the video.
The organizer may use the video review, in particular, on its websites and e-shops, for the relevant product, in email newsletters, on YouTube, social networks including Meta campaigns, in online advertising and in other current or future marketing and communication channels. The organizer may appropriately edit the video, in particular shorten it, add subtitles, translation, graphics or a logo, without changing the meaning of the message or interfering with the dignity of the contestant.
The contestant declares that he/she is entitled to provide the video review and all material contained therein for use to the extent specified and that he/she has obtained the necessary permissions from the persons captured in the video. The competitor is responsible for any claims of third parties arising from a violation of this statement.
9. Processing of Personal Data
The administrator of personal data is the organizer referred to in Article 1. The organizer processes the personal data of the contestants, in particular the name, surname, e-mail address, data related to the purchase and the sent video, including appearance and voice, for the purpose of organizing and evaluating the competition, communicating with the contestants and handing over the prizes. The organizer further uses the video and related data within the scope of authorization specified in Article 8 of these rules.

10. Final Provisions
The organizer may reasonably change, suspend or terminate the competition for serious operational, technical or legal reasons. Any changes will be published on the competition page.Kulina.ie. The change will not affect participation or rights acquired before its publication, unless required by law.
The Contest is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or affiliated with Meta Platforms, Inc., Google LLC, or YouTube. By participating in the competition, the contestant confirms that he/she has read and agrees with these rules. These rules are valid and effective from October 1, 2026.
