ProfiResist are the first baking pans with a non-stick surface for life. They are fitted with a stainless steel honeycomb-shaped structure, which is filled with a non-stick surface. This protects against mechanical wear. The pans are made of three-layer material. The inner layer is made of 18/10 stainless steel - Cromargan®, the core is aluminium and the outer shell is chrome-plated steel. The baking pans allow for fast and controlled temperature control, excellent even heat distribution and are more efficient than sandwich bottom pans.
