Knife set ESSENTIELS ART DÉCO, set of 4 pcs, multicolour, hornbeam wood, Opinel

Product detailed description

A kitchen does not have to look as if it has left all the joy of life to the living room. ESSENTIELS ART DÉCO adds a bit of colour, character and good mood to everyday cooking - because even ordinary dinner preparation can occasionally handle something more distinctive than stainless and beige.

Main advantages:

• The Opinel ESSENTIELS ART DÉCO set offers four practical kitchen tools for everyday cutting, peeling and precise preparation of ingredients.
• Universal knife N°112 with a 10 cm smooth blade handles cutting, chopping and peeling of fruit or vegetables as well as trimming meat.
• The compact dimensions of the N°112 model facilitate precise work, where a large chef's knife is unnecessarily bulky.
• The serrated knife N°113 with a 10 cm blade is excellent for tomatoes, cured meats and foods with a firmer surface.
• The fine micro-serration of the N°113 model easily penetrates skin or crust without unnecessarily squashing the soft interior of the food.
• Vegetable knife N°114 with a 7 cm thin curved blade makes peeling, decorating and shaping fruit and vegetables easy.
• The scraping spine of the N°114 model allows for gentle cleaning of young vegetables and preparing mushrooms without unnecessary scraping of the surface.
• The N°115 peeler with a 6 cm blade allows for quick and convenient peeling of various types of fruit and vegetables.
• The design of the N°115 peeler is suitable for both right- and left-handed users and facilitates smooth work during the daily preparation of ingredients.
• Four different tools cover the most common small kitchen tasks from peeling to precise cutting and decorative work.
• The blades made of martensitic stainless steel of European origin reach a hardness of 55-57 HRC and offer high resistance to corrosion.
• The high abrasion resistance of the steel helps the blades maintain their sharpness for longer with regular daily use.
• The handles made of PEFC-certified hornbeam wood are varnished and, thanks to the fine grain, stand out well in the colourful design.
• The varnished surface helps protect the wooden handles from moisture and dirt during normal kitchen use.
• The set belongs to the Les Essentiels du Cuisinier collection, which focuses on small specialized tools for the daily preparation of fruit and vegetables.
