The special Ajax chef's knife owes its name to a Greek hero from the Trojan Wars. During the development of the unique blade, a 100-year-old cleaver knife for butchers and meat traders was used as a model. A unique, finely dispersed flexible material with a dynamically sharp blade has been produced using a challenging hardening technology.
