The titanium-hardened surface boasts highly superior non-stick properties plus it is highly scratch resistant. Saucepan is easy to clean and can easily withstand washing in the dishwasher or using metal kitchen utensils.

Thanks to its clever technical design, it fits easily into the kitchen sink, dishwasher or even a smaller oven after removing the handles. It saves space during storage. Dishes with removable handles are also suitable for families with small children, as the handles do not protrude through the hob or worktop.

The patented mechanism of the removable heat-insulated handle ensures comfortable use of the cookware. The supporting part of the handles is cast into the castings of pots or pans. They form a single unit which ensures a secure fit. The great advantage of Titanium Nowo cookware is its perfect heat distribution and accumulation. It can be used on all types of heat, including induction, and, after removing the handle, also for baking in the oven, up to 250 °C.

Technologies and materials used

WOLL professional cast products represent "Made in Germany" products manufactured with the highest quality of workmanship. This is also continuously monitored during the production process. The technologies that WOLL uses are also environmentally friendly and have low carbon dioxide emissions. All WOLL cookware made from high-quality cultivated aluminum alloy is cast by hand, distinguishing it from ordinary anonymous factory production. Slow hand casting prevents the formation of air pockets that reduce the quality of the material.

Several more layers are applied to the resulting aluminium casting for higher non-stick and durability of the cookware. Before that its surface is sandblasted several times. In a further step, the body of the pan or pot is hardened with titanium particles and fired with a plasma nozzle at extreme temperatures in excess of 20,000 °C. The dishes are thus dimensionally stable and resistant to mechanical damage. The second layer protects the material against corrosion while the third layer provides excellent anti-adhesion properties. The last top hardened layer is non-stick hardened using titanium particles. For its exceptional properties, it is protected by a manufacturing secret. Unique induction plate manufacturing method made from ferromagnetic steel ensures bottom flatness and fast, even heating of cookware without heat loss.

High-quality non-stick surface resists washing in the dishwasher or even using metal kitchen utensils thanks to a special manufacturing process. (For a longer lifespan of your cookware, however, we recommend using gentler wooden or silicone utensils.) WOLL's specially hardened non-stick surface has proven effective for healthy cooking with little or no fat. It is safe and PFOA-free. The resulting dishes are so rich in vitamins. Thanks to its heat resistance up to 250 °C it is not only suitable for delicate foods, but also for frying at high temperatures. Titanium Nowo cookware also withstands temperature shocks very well, it can even be heated up rapidly without the use of fat. Thanks to its superior non-stick properties, the cookware is very easy to clean.
